AkinCare Connects with Community at Moreton Bay Area Disability Expo!
On February 20th, 2025, AkinCare was thrilled to participate in the Moreton Bay Area Disability Expo, hosted by The Disability Events Community at the Caboolture Memorial Hall. Jarred and Sarah from our team were on hand, ready to connect with the local community and share the AkinCare difference.
The Disability Events Community's mission to "build authentic connections in the NDIS" resonated deeply with our values. We believe in fostering genuine, values-based relationships, and this expo provided the perfect opportunity to do just that. As their website states, "Join our community and experience the difference of building genuine values based connections with quality NDIS providers." 1 We were excited to be among those providers.
The atmosphere at the Caboolture Memorial Hall was vibrant and welcoming. It was wonderful to see so many NDIS participants, guardians, support workers, and fellow providers come together, eager to learn and connect. Jarred and Sarah had a fantastic time engaging with attendees, answering questions, and sharing how AkinCare provides individualized care and a true sense of belonging.
"It was a truly inspiring day," shared Sarah. "We met so many incredible people, each with their own unique stories and needs. Being able to connect with them on a personal level and share how AkinCare can support them was incredibly rewarding."
Jarred added, "The expo was a great opportunity to showcase what sets AkinCare apart. We're not just another provider; we're a community dedicated to delivering exceptional care and fostering a sense of family. The response we received was overwhelmingly positive."
